1st Annual Shoals Shocker 50, $5,000 to Win Event Announced for North Alabama
Tuscumbia, Alabama (07/06/11) – North Alabama Speedway has announced that it will be hosting its richest single day, Super Late Model event in more than two years on Friday, July 29th with the 1st Annual Shoals Shocker 50.
The event, which will post a total purse of over $20,000, will see the Super Late Model division battling for $5,000 to win and $400 to start in a 50 lap shootout around the 1/3 mile oval.
Below are the details on the payout:

Entry Fee: $100, Non Qualifiers Receive $50
Tire Rule
Front Tires - Open (Any brand)
Rear Tires - Punch 60 (Any brand)
Joining the Super Late Models on the card will be the Open Wheel Modified, Mini Stock, Late Model Stock, and Modified Street divisions.
Adult grandstand admission is $20 with senior citizens (62 years & older) $15, while kids 12 years of age and under are free. Pit admission is $30 with kids (7-12 years of age) $10, and ages 6 and under free.
The driver's meeting will be slated for 7pm with hot laps at 7:30pm and racing action to follow.
