March 27, 2010 Moulton Speedway, Moulton Alabama
Moulton Speedway has over a hundred cars for the 2nd week in a row to start the 2010 season.
2009 USCS Modified Touring Champion Hunter Rasdon from Jonesboro, Arkansas traveled to Moulton Speedway in Moulton, Alabama for the $1500 to win Open Wheel Modified race. Rasdon captured the pole with a fast lap time of 15.47, Tony Gray from Coker, Alabama had the outside pole with a time of 15.77. Jeff Weaver from Columbia, Tennessee, Hartselle, Alabama's Michael Halbrooks, Allen Holmes from Lincoln, Tennessee and Jason Markewitz from Green Hill, Alabama rounded out the top 6 who were locked into the race.
Hunter Rasdon would lead all 30 laps for the victory and the $1500 prize, Weaver moved up to a 2nd place finish while Markewitz, Tony Gray and Greg Wilhite would round out the top 5.
Mark Mears from Decatur, Alabama won the pole and led all 20 laps in the Schaffer's Oil/Jason Bullard Super Late Model race. Bradley Price, Jerry Owens, Corey Holmes and Chad Winkles rounded out the top 5.
A full field cars showed up for the Bramlett GMC/Buick/Kia Late Model Stocks. David Jackson showed the way for the victory. Joey McKinney, James Sullivan, Jeff Frame and Jamie Flanigan all had top 5 finishes.
9 cars started the W&W Machine/Keith Watts Racing Outlaw Streets. Bobby Joe Robinson took his 2nd win in a row. David Taylor, Gene Norman, Steve Dobbs and Joel Bailey all finished in the top 5.
Kurt's Truck Parts Modified Street started 12 cars with Zach Grahm from Lacey Springs, Alabama coming home with his first win on dirt in his 2nd race on dirt. Jason Smith, Darrell Tumlin, Joe Harper and Tyler Mansell rounded out the top 5.
16 Mini Stocks would try and take home the victory. Timmy Nelms won over Tommy Wallace, Alan Bruton, Austin Hines and Jonathan Nelms would all have top 5 finishes.
Next Saturday Night the points season starts for all divisions. There will also be bike races for the children.

Moulton Speedway has over a hundred cars for the 2nd week in a row to start the 2010 season.
