FOLKS THATS MORE FOR A FIFTEEN MINUTE RACE THAN MOST OF US MAKE FOR A YEARS SALARY
And the ENTRY fee only adds up to 9.22% of the purse, thats only $4,200, that leaves $34,525 for the track to come up with. THATS A LOT OF "HAMBURGERS"

It cost so much to run one and the few tracks that do are so spread out it cost even more to get your car to the race in fuel and Traveling expenses. Hopefully this new series Nesmith is launching will make it more affordable and keep the Supers from dying out.

Maybe, But if they're running big crate motors its not really a SUPER class. It's more of a "SUPER CRATE CLASS" even if they are as fast.

I seen this coming years ago when some of the drivers started getting those 40,000 all aluminum motors. There's more of us than them, and it takes to much money to keep one up. and one blown motor can put you out for years.
