Lots of requests for 4 cylinder race - Help us get the word out to owners and drivers of 4 cylinder cars.

The RIS rules for 2009 did not require mufflers.. Mufflers will not be required for this race. Transponders will be used.. driver forms will have to be completed at the track.

The race for 4 cyl race cars is being put on because of requests received from area car owners and drivers. We will welcome cars from all Midsouth area tracks. Cars that fit into the rules that were in effect at RIS last year or the current rules of an area track will be welcome. If there are any issues they will be resolved at the best judgment of track management. We believe it can be a good event and feel the folks that have requested that a race be done will understand and not try to complicate things by making some questionable modifications.
